About This Clinic
The Gastroenterology Clinic at Family Health Center of Middle Village provides care for patients with acute or chronic gastroenterology disorders relating to the stomach, intestines, pancreas, and bile duct. This includes abdominal pain, diarrhea, heartburn/gastro esophageal reflux, GI dietary disorders, pancreatic disease, and bile duct disorders. -
Special Services
Patient care coordinator to act as a liaison for patients and their health care needs such as scheduling procedures, referrals, and transportation. -
Some procedures are done in the Wychoff Heights Medical Center Procedures Area and Limited Stay Unit.

Routine return appointments may be made by calling Ms. Ines at 718-326-0400 -
Patients with Neighbourhood, CarePlus, HealthPlus, HIP, Oxford, Aetna, Elderplan, Americhoice, Wellcare plans must have a referral from their primary care provider. Referrals and other questions about the Gastroenterology Clinic and its services should be directed to the Patient Care Coordinator at 718-326-0400.
